ADVENTURES IN DANCE is a contemporary dance company, drawing on dance theatre and participatory work, led by Artistic Director, Mandy Redmond.

 

Our aim is to get everybody dancing in everyday places. We want to celebrate bodies of all ages and abilities, raise expectations of community dance and empower participants through meaningful, quality, accessible work.

We combine professional and community performers, in a variety of online, film, indoor and outdoor settings.
