MINI RETREAT
A DAY AWAY IN NATURE WITH DANCE & YOGA
A nourishing and playful day of physical creativity, reflection and connection with nature, in the gorgeous Somerset countryside. Held and facilitated by: Mandy Redmond & Sundari Miranda Falconer.
Drawing from contemporary dance and elements of Yoga, we will look for our inspiration in the environment, creating our own bespoke expressive movement, while exploring mindfulness, reflection and relaxation practises to deepen our connection to the natural world and each other.
All levels of experience welcome and it promises to be a day where you can exhale, expand, and enjoy, gaining practices that enhance well-being and nature-connection.
WALKABOUT
THE SHEPTON MALLET LAND BASED SYNCHRONISED SWIMMING DISPLAY TEAM
A small and imperfectly formed, over-dedicated land based synchronised swim team, dancing in the most preposterous, mildly perilous, participatory, family friendly dance/swim routine on dry (and sometimes slightly soggy) land.
This is a fun participatory performance that reaches audiences in a variety of settings. We want everyone to experience the spontaneous joy of dancing with other humans and to feel comfortable and enthused enough to join in.
