ABOUT MANDY REDMOND
My career as a professional dancer and choreographer has inspired a strong commitment to bringing high-quality dance experiences into the community. I believe there is a valuable space between professional and community dance, where inclusive choreography can help every dancer—regardless of experience—feel confident, capable, and celebrated.

I trained at The Royal Ballet School and The Northern School of Contemporary Dance, and spent over fifteen years performing, teaching, and choreographing across the UK. My work has included teaching at The Urdang Academy, the Royal Academy of Dance, the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance, Wessex Dance Academy, and as Artistic Director of Berkshire Youth Dance Company. I have also performed with a range of touring companies, including Smallpetitklein (now Shaper/Caper), in venues from theatres and festivals to ships, palaces, and shopping centres.

Now based in Somerset, ADVENTURES IN DANCE aims to create meaningful, accessible opportunities for the community to discover the joy of dance—through classes, creativity, and performance.
