THESE CLASSES ARE FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE TO DANCE!
This adult contemporary dance class in Frome is suitable for both beginners and intermediate dancers, offering a supportive, non-competitive space to move, learn and build confidence.
Beginners are warmly welcomed, with clear guidance and time to explore the movement with repetition and explanation. You’ll develop core contemporary dance skills while improving flexibility, strength, coordination and overall fitness.
For those with some experience, the class offers opportunities to deepen technique, refine movement quality and challenge yourself within the material.
Classes include a mix of ages and experience levels, and all exercises and sequences are adaptable. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and choose alternative movement options at any time.
Some sequences include floor-based movement, such as rolling or sliding, with options provided so everyone can work safely and comfortably. Whether you’re new to contemporary dance or returning to it, the focus is on enjoyment, progression and the joy of dancing!

FUN, CREATIVE, ENERGETIC AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES!

Exclusively for children of Avanti Park School - Years 5/6/7/8
The children will have the opportunity to experience different ways of moving expressively to a wide range of great music. They will learn and create movement that is both creative and fun, developing their flexibility and general fitness levels and a love of dance. We will work towards a sharing at the end of each term.
