CREATIVE CONTEMPORARY DANCE

This adult contemporary dance class in Frome is suitable for both beginners and intermediate dancers, offering a supportive, non-competitive space to move, learn and build confidence. Beginners are warmly welcomed, with clear guidance and time to explore the movement with repetition and explanation. You’ll develop core contemporary dance skills while improving flexibility, strength, coordination and overall fitness.
